Terms and Conditions – Quantum Clinic Academy

1. General Information

These terms and conditions regulate the purchase and use of courses provided by Quantum Clinic Academy, operated by LEGE COLIBA, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway.

These terms are prepared in accordance with current Norwegian law and the guidelines of the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).

2. Parties

Seller: Quantum Clinic Academy (LEGE COLIBA)

Buyer / Participant: Any individual who creates an account and/or purchases courses through quantumclinic.no.

3. Nature of the Service

Courses may be delivered:

a) Digitally – through online modules, live Zoom sessions, and educational materials, and/or

b) In person – through practical workshops at our training center or partner clinics (e.g., Industrigata 56, Oslo).

Access to digital content is granted through a personal account and is non-transferable.

4. Prices and Additional Fees

All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable.

Any additional fees (e.g., for workshops, models, or materials) will be clearly stated before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, without affecting confirmed purchases.

5. Contract Formation

A contract is considered valid once the order is confirmed by email and/or access to the course is granted.

If there are clear pricing or content errors, Quantum Clinic Academy reserves the right to cancel the order. The participant will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment can be made via Vipps, Stripe, PayPal, or bank card.

The total amount is charged immediately upon confirmation.

Participants under 18 years of age cannot pay by invoice.

Any transaction or currency conversion fees are borne by the participant.

7. Delivery and Access

Access to online course materials and Zoom links will be provided via the registered email or account.

In-person workshops will take place at the date and location specified upon registration.

Quantum Clinic Academy commits to delivering the purchased service as agreed and within 30 days of confirmation unless otherwise specified.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts):

– For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once you explicitly consent to start the course and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal then ceases (for example, by logging into your course).

– For time-bound events (live webinars or physical workshops with a fixed date), the right of withdrawal may not apply once the event has started or been delivered.

Cancellation Policy:

– Digital courses not yet started: full refund within 14 days.

– Digital courses already accessed: no refund.

– In-person workshops:

Cancellation ≥ 14 days before: full refund.

7–13 days before: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before or no-show: no refund.

Name substitutions (transfer of participation) may be allowed upon written request.

9. Rebooking, Postponement, and Cancellation

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, force majeure, low attendance), Quantum Clinic Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course.

Participants will be offered:

a) a new date at no additional cost, or

b) a full refund of the participation fee.

Indirect costs such as travel or accommodation are not reimbursed.

10. Eligibility, Conduct, and Professional Responsibility

Certain courses may require medical authorization or professional background. Documentation may be requested.

Participants are required to follow all safety, hygiene, and professional conduct guidelines. Failure to comply may result in exclusion without refund.

11. Practical Workshops and Models

Practical training is conducted under professional supervision.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet necessary qualification or insurance requirements, where applicable.

All clinic procedures, consent forms, and privacy rules must be respected.

12. Certificates and Documentation

Upon successful completion, participants receive a Quantum Clinic Academy Certificate of Completion.

This certificate represents professional training but does not replace or grant a legal medical license. Participants must comply with local laws and their own authorization limits.

13. Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, texts, slides, graphics, and templates) is protected by copyright.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for educational use only.

Any recording, sharing, redistribution, or commercial use of materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

14. Account Security and Data Protection

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

We store only the information necessary to deliver the purchased services and fulfill legal obligations.

15. Liability Limitation

Quantum Clinic Academy provides education and training, not patient treatment.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as business interruption, travel costs, or loss of profit).

Participants are fully responsible for applying acquired knowledge safely and legally in their own practice.

16. Force Majeure

Quantum Clinic Academy is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or government restrictions.

17. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.

18. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If no agreement is reached, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

In the event of legal disputes, Norwegian law applies, and the legal venue shall be Oslo District Court.
